About Peptide Plainly

Peptide Plainly is a free weekly newsletter. It turns new peptide research from PubMed into short, plain-language summaries. For each study we cover what was studied, what was found, the study type and size, why it matters, and its limitations.

How we write summaries

Summaries are based only on the published abstract, and every summary links to the original paper. We never add findings that aren't in the source.

Medical disclaimer

Peptide Plainly is not medical advice. Content is for general educational and informational purposes only. It summarizes scientific research and isn't a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not recommend, endorse, or sell any peptide, drug, supplement, or vendor, and we never provide dosing guidance. Many compounds discussed in research are not approved by the FDA or other regulators for human use. Early-stage, animal, and small studies often don't hold up in larger human trials. Summaries may contain errors. Always consult the original paper and a licensed healthcare professional before making any health decision.
